Sopressata, Ricotta, Pesto Sandwich

Thinly sliced spicy sopressata (Italian dry-cured salami) sandwiched between creamy ricotta and fresh pesto on a crusty french baguette is our most European sandwich on our menu and quite snobby too if we do say so ourselves. Unfortunately, it tastes so good, there’s nothing we can do about it except acknowledge it’s superiority. Well played sopressata, well played.
